Co-founders Jessica Bell Blackshear & Melaneice Gibbs invite you to ConfiDANCE: Empowerment in Heels. ConfiDANCE is the newest addition to the heels dance craze. Fusing together the greatest parts of a woman, ConfiDANCE is where the mind meets the body. Here, we want women to feel confident and secure in their bodies no matter what they’re doing. Whether it’s walking down the street, dancing in class, at a party or for your significant other, ConfiDANCE is your starting point for overall self-confidence in movement. BE EMPOWERED!

ConfiDANCE starts each session with powerful engagement of women through Jessica’s “Confidence Session”. Owner of Jess Chimere, Education Editor for Model Mom Magazine, & Licensed Esthetician. Jessica empowers women to love themselves and each other unapologetically. This interactive session allows women to not only support each other in the movement portion of the class, but allows them to network and create awareness of the power we have when we work together.

At the core of ConfiDANCE is the Heels Class. Participants are encouraged to wear heels, however it is not required for this beginner dance class. The heels Class is instructed by Melaneice Gibbs, former Jackson State University & owner of Dynasty Dance Elite. As a professional dancer instructor, Melaneice understands the power of movement. During the heels class, Melaneice will teach beginner to intermediate Dance beginning with a custom warm up to all your favorite R&B “feel good music”. Following the warm up, Melaneice will take the tools from Jessica’s “Confidence Session” to teach a grown & sexy heels dance choreographed for the everyday Superwoman!

Each class will end in the ConfiDANCE Circle with Jessica & Melaneice. Participants will be able to engage with each other and step out of their comfort zone by dancing by themselves or with others.
